Dragonia Casino review

Dragonia Casino is built around volume, with a lobby large enough that slot players and live table players both have plenty to work through. It counts 12,961 games, and the live casino alone holds 590 of them, including a separate section for baccarat and dice. That size comes with a welcome bonus whose 35x wagering applies to deposit plus bonus, so the amount you have to turn over is larger than the headline offer suggests.

Dragonia's lobby lists 12,961 games, and reviews put the provider count at more than 70. The names you will recognize include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Play'n GO, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Spinomenal and ELA Games. Featured titles on the site include Thunder Step, Majestic King and Caribbean Bones.

The live casino is where Dragonia is strongest for table players. It holds 590 games, 103 of them live blackjack, and baccarat shares a dedicated section with dice games. For a reader who mainly plays baccarat, that separate lobby makes it easier to find tables without scrolling through the slot catalogue.

The category counts also show where the library is thin. Poker has 13 titles, while the instant games section has 282. If video poker or poker variants are your main interest, the selection is modest next to the rest of the site.

There is no app to download. Dragonia runs in the browser on iOS and Android, so the full lobby is available on a phone without installing anything.

New players get a 100% match up to C$750 on their first deposit. On paper that doubles your balance, but the conditions decide how much of it you can actually keep, and the wagering basis is the figure to read first.

• Wagering: 35x on deposit plus bonus.
• Time limit: 10 days to complete the wagering.
• Maximum bet: C$150 per bet while the bonus is active.
• Cashout cap: winnings from the bonus are limited to 10 times the bonus received.
• Game weighting: contribution varies by game type, and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus play.

Because the requirement counts your own deposit too, the turnover grows twice as fast as the bonus does. Ten days is a short window for that amount of play, and we think the offer suits someone who already plays often enough to wager heavily in a week and a half. If you play a few sessions a month, depositing without the bonus keeps your balance free of these conditions.

Cashback, tournaments and VIP

Beyond the welcome offer, Dragonia runs a daily cashback of 15% up to 1,800 zł and a tournament series called Spinoleague with a prize pool of 54,000,000 zł. Both are listed in zlotys on the site, so check the amount shown in your own account currency before counting on it.

The VIP programme has five levels. Levels 1 and 2 give site promotions and 24/7 live chat access, while level 3 adds personalized offers, higher withdrawal limits and cashback. A personal VIP manager arrives at level 4, and level 5 combines all of these perks.

Deposits start at €10, and you can play in Canadian dollars among several other currencies. Interac e-Transfer is available, which matters for anyone who prefers paying straight from a bank account.

• Cards and bank: Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer, Bank Transfer
• E-wallets: MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity
• Vouchers and other: Paysafecard, Neosurf, Cash2Code, Blik

Crypto has its own set of options: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Ripple, USD Coin, Dogecoin and Cardano. One review reports that a crypto deposit was not as instant as the site claims, so allow some time for confirmation.

How long withdrawals take

The minimum withdrawal is €10. Withdrawals are capped at 750 per day and 10,500 per month, which is the limit a big winner will notice first, since a large balance has to come out in instalments. Higher VIP levels raise the limits. Dragonia does not publish a fee schedule for deposits or withdrawals.

You must complete verification before your first withdrawal. Dragonia can ask for certified proof of identity, proof of residence, and proof that you own the payment method, including bank statements or card details, so having these ready speeds up the first payout.

Dragonia refers to a licence from Anjouan, but we could not confirm that the licence has been granted. For you as a player, that means there is no confirmed regulator to turn to if a dispute with the casino cannot be settled through support. The site does not name the company that operates it, and no business address or parent company is listed.

On the protection side, Dragonia offers a self-assessment questionnaire, information on self-exclusion and links to external support organizations. You can request self-exclusion through support, and the casino aims to activate it within 24 hours.

Live chat is open 24/7, and you can also write to support@dragonia.com for anything that needs documents or a longer explanation. Dragonia does not list which languages the support team handles. The website itself comes in 18 languages, including English and French.
